Richard Baskeyfield

Head of Business Operations

Having worked for EOS Risk Group since 2012 Richard's cross departmental experience and academic background has been a strong grounding for his role as Head of Business Operations. Having worked in both EOS' Group Training Division for a number of years Richard moved on to head EOS' successful Superyacht Support Service Division, growing both the range of services and customer base. Using this specialist knowledge Richard still leads this division as well as overseeing business operations.

Mark is a seasoned marketing and communications professional and has worked with leading commercial enterprises across a number of sectors specialising in both physical and logical security disciplines.

Ben Tams

Head of Operations and Private Client Services

Working between our Midlands and London offices, Ben, a former member of the UK’s elite advanced forces, and guardsman, has extensive depth of experience of working with high net worth families, delivering bespoke services to discreetly facilitate their lifestyles. Working with family offices Ben has overseen and taken part in the delivery of a variety of key services, managing the relationship between the client and service provider.

Steve Grant

Business Development Manager – Maritime and Offshore

A proven business development professional, longstanding member of the private security sector, and former British military serviceman, Stephen works with clients to identify and provide best in class maritime security solutions. Steve is an accomplished professional with both East and West African solutions as well working with EOS and clients to provide turnkey solutions for a wide range of products and tasks.

EOS was a founding signatory of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC), and is a member of the ICoC Association (ICoCA), as well as a member of the Security in Complex Environments Group (SCEG), the UK Government’s chosen partner for standards and accreditation in the Private Security industry, and a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact and member of the UK Network.

We are externally certified to international standards and have achieved the following certifications: LRQA UKAS certification to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems for
Corporate Security Risk Management and Crisis Management and Response. Certification to ISO 28000: 2007 (Security Management Systems for the Supply Chain) and ISO 28007:2015 (Provision of Maritime Security Services). We are accredited by the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) and by the UK Department for Transport as well as the US Marine Administration (MARAD).

EOS Risk Group provides information, intelligence and advice to a diverse range of clients. Our reports, bulletins and analysis are relied upon by organisations to make key operational decisions. This role will see the successful candidate developing sources, collecting, collating, analysing and presenting information and intelligence into formats for both internal and external distribution. The position will provide the successful candidate with an exciting, stimulating and interesting business to work in, with industry experience rarely available in this location. We are keen to develop the right candidate through further education and mentoring.
