In response to requests from a large number of clients, Eos Risk Management has produced a special packaged service for Incident and Investigations Reporting.

The main driver behind this is the CFR issued in the US requiring specialist handling of incidents, their investigation and the reporting of the findings, in the marine sector. Eos found that due to resources and a previous lack of requirement for this aspect of security management, there was a skills gap within existing security functions at the scenes of incidents. We have tailor made this package to fit directly with Federal reporting and investigations requirements, whilst making it easy to understand and follow, for those not familiar with this area.

Our package is broken down into 3 basic elements:

• Training for key personnel – covering elements such as Crime Scene / Incident Identification, Crime Scene/Incident preservation, Evidence recording and preservation, Basic Forensic Issues, Scene Log Keeping etc.
• Management & Reporting Software – to assist with management and reporting of the incidents (which has being developed in line with FBI requirements), and which will include a basic ‘Help` function.
• Incident Management Kits – evidence bags, tags etc.

The above will be provided as a package, which will include an Investigator Contact Number to call for advice and if necessary allow for the contracting of an experienced investigator to run any subsequent investigations and liaise with the authorities on behalf of the Company.
