Eos was born out of the private security industry, with the management holding extensive experience of the management and provision of security officers and specialist security/risk management consultants.

The Company recruits almost exclusively from the UK military, law enforcement and intelligence services, providing a bank of widely skilled personnel that can meet most requirements.

Security Officers

Our security officer division currently provides officers to some of the world’s most well known multi-nationals. Officers are provided on one of two methods:

• One off recruitment fee
• Recruitment and ongoing management (paid monthly)

For both services Eos works with the client to produce a recruitment brief and job description. This is followed by a recruitment campaign, interviews, candidate selection and background checks. Where required, the Company also administers training to new recruits.

As a result of this ongoing activity the Company has access to an extremely large pool of very talented personnel, ranging from, at the higher end, Special Forces operatives, through to regular military, law enforcement and private security personnel (whom form the majority of our Security Officers).

Hotel Security – this is a specialist service pioneered by Eos Risk Management in conjunction with one of its largest clients. With this service Eos provides fully trained, vetted, and cleared personnel to work on the Hotel Security side of Passenger Vessel Operations. All personnel are vetted to meet strict requirements, with the Company organising all necessary training, medicals, and visas. This ground-breaking project has seen a dramatic drop in shipboard security and safety incidents, has cut down the severity of the incidents that have occurred, has increased guest satisfaction, and has justified itself financially via a reduction in lawsuits and compensation claims, as well as reducing negative publicity.
