Our Services

RECOVER & RETURN

EOS Recovery provides rapid deployment of professionals and professional services to provide critical post-incident support to minimise loss and downtime, as well as recovery of assets (whether physical or virtual in the case of a data breach)

Immediate Post-Crisis: First in Recovery Team

It’s post-natural disaster, a hurricane has passed. Your in-house team responded well and protected elements of the business which are now operating as normal. The effects of the crisis are however continuing and are being felt locally, nationally and transnationally. Post-event there is widespread but relatively localised damage, local services are interrupted, national and international obligations remain, elements of the global business are managed from within the affected area. EOS Risk will assist you in mobilising a recovery team to take on the management of post-event activity and getting the business and its staff and resources back on their feet.

As a ‘first-in’ service, our professional, qualified and experienced recovery consultants work with our specialist partners to:

  • Enter the location
  • Account for all staff
  • Assess and conduct spill response or hazmat
  • Secure and, if required, mothball local facilities
  • Physically recover critical assets

All services are provided to ensure demonstrable compliance with corporate and social responsibilities.

Post-Crisis Impact Assessment

Once on the ground, after conducting the ‘first-in’ services, the Recovery Team, will:

  • Establish the extent of damage
  • Estimate the period of disruption
  • Establish availability of services
  • Assist with the production of financial impact assessments
  • Assess the impact on support services
  • Initiate a planning process for business continuation
  • Establish long and short-term actions on both local and national levels

In the aftermath of the crisis, working with the client business continuity function, the team will assist with:

  • The movement of operations to facilities unaffected by the event
  • The transfer of activities to other business units
  • Activation of alternative supply arrangements (whether identified during resilience planning in advance, or as a reactive arrangement)
  • Staffing of the Recovery Team

EOS will help to staff the Recovery Team ensuring:

  • ‘Layering’ of critical staff
  • Comprehensive Administrative / set-up staff
  • Availability of alternate/temporary staff
  • Approval authority transfer
  • Avoiding single point failures
  • Identifying replacements at all levels
