24 Hour Operations and Crisis Response Centre (OCRC)
Eos Risk operate a dedicated, 24 hour Operations and Crisis Response Centre (OCRC) at our HQ in Staffordshire, England. The OCRC is staffed by experienced management and operators, with years’ of experience gained from HM Forces. OCRC personnel are trained and regularly exercised in security operations, crisis first call response relating to kidnap and ransom, hostile attack, business crises, emergency evacuation operations, extortion, hijacking, and hijacked asset recovery. The OCRC is appropriately outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and business systems, and is backed up by a fully-mirrored Fallback Location should a critical loss of business operations occur at the HQ.
