Portugal: Azores Airlines Plan Strike from 1-2 June
Possible disruptions to flights as Azores Airlines and SATA Air Azores cabin crew plan to strike
On 31 May, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) issued updated travel advice to advise that Azores Airlines and SATA Air Azores cabin crew are planning to strike between 1-2 June. Strikes may cause disruptions to flights.
Those planning to fly to, from or within Portugal are advised to be aware of possible delays to flights due to a strike. Reconfirm all flight schedules with booking agents or airline representatives before setting out. Monitor local media for more information and follow all directives issued by local authorities.
