Natalie Gilligan from the Finance and Accounting Dept. passes her A.A.T examinations

In line with EOS’ policy of developing and supporting young talent, Natalie Gilligan, Accounting Assistant has recently passed her latest set of Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) exams, leading to attainment of the Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting.
The qualification is the most recent achieved by Natalie since she started working for EOS Risk after completing her A-Levels.

Natalie is already studying for her latest Level 4 qualification and has declared that once she has completed this she will be considering the option of completing her Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualifications, with a view to becoming a member of the Institute.

CEO, David Johnson, stated “Natalie’s success story is indicative of the approach we take across the business with regards to identifying and developing talent. It would be very easy for us to only employ ‘finished articles’ but we believe the next generation of professionals needs investing in and supporting. Our experiences with this regard have been very positive indeed, with 2 very successful apprentices rising through the ranks of both the business and qualifications. In fact our first apprentice is now in the early stages of joining a Management Degree course which, may lead to him managing one of our business units.”
